A short time after being on the website I was contacted by one of the service suppliers by telephone and made arrangements to have him carry out the work required. The website was easy to use and I obtained an immediate response from three of the people listed. The first response occurred within a few seconds. I placed an order with the Dales Energy Assessors and Richard Stifter was able to give me a choice of two appointments for the following day. Richard Stifter arrived on time for the chosen appointment accompanied by a female colleague. He explained what he would need to look at and completed the survey in about an hour. I was pleased to receive the results that same evening. I have high regard for this company and will recommend them to others. I had copies of receipts for things like roof insulation, cavity wall insulation, double glazing and chimsock available as I thought these might be useful and copies were taken of these to aid Richard Stifter with the assessment. As a pensioner who lives alone, I was impressed with the way I was put at ease by the production of an ID card and the fact that he was accompanied by a female.
