EPC and a Floor Plan

Having a plan is a great selling aid. we offer three variations, Standard black and White with room titles and dimensions. Coloured. and 3D (includes a Standard black and white). We measure up at the same time as surveying for the EPC.

It does add a little more time to the survey and cost a little more but people do say "it is well worth it......" It is a practical aid to buyers prior to viewing your property so that they are not wasting your time if there is no way their furniture will fit into the room, also give a great idea as to how they can layout the rooms and as an aide memoir after they have viewed.
