The three easy steps to booking an EPC

Step 2. We will arrive on time for the appointment, the survey can take up to 3/4 of an hour depending on the complexity of your property.

 

Step 3. We accept payment by direct bank transfer, PayPal (credit card) or cash. We always try to send the completed certificate link to you on the same day, sent via email, text or Whatsapp, we can send a copy to your chosen agent or solicitor at the same time.
If you have not yet engaged an Estate Agent, conveyancer, solicitor etc we can recommend the best.

Floor Plan deails and provision

 

It is cost effective to have your floor plan measurements taken as the survey for the Energy Performance Certificate is undertaken, the plan is then drawn up and supplied along with EPC, each can be sent to a representative of your choice. for further information

 

Lost EPC information and recovery details

 

Think or know that your property had an EPC? but now you can not find it? No problem click here to to have the lost EPC retrieved for a small fee. It is possible to retrieve it yourself but for your convenience we are happy to retrieve it for you and furnish a copy.
